We currently offer the following classes:
Amateur and Technical Boxing - Whether you are interested in sparring, competing or just want an enjoyable way of keeping fit our expert boxing sessions can benefit you. Available to Juniors aged 11-16 as well as Adults.
Strength and Conditioning - An enjoyable yet challenging training programme that targets all aspects of fitness. Our expert fitness instructors lead you through a combination of cardio, strength and resistance training for the most effective way to improve fitness and body composition.
Personal Training - For some extra attention and personalised expert advice in reaching your unique goals why not schedule a one to one session with one of our qualified Personal Trainers.
Fitness For Beginners - Learn all the basics that you need you need to know to unlock your inner athlete. This class is suitable for the lowest of fitness levels and there's free nutritional advice added.
Learn To Box - This unique and tailor made programme is made to introduce beginner level boxers of any age or ability to all of the basics that are essential to understanding the noble art.
